Le cathéter angiographique est l'équipement clé pour l'angiographie percutanée. Il doit être équipé d'une dureté, d'une élasticité, d'une flexibilité et d'une torsion appropriées, ainsi que d'une bonne pénétration des rayons X; en outre, sa mémoire de forme doit être bonne, la paroi du cathéter doit être lisse, les performances d'imagerie doivent être élevées et les performances de la thrombose doivent être contrôlées dans la plage la plus basse.

There are many types of catheters used for the interventional diagnosis and treatment of peripheral vascular diseases. The types of Cathéters angiographiques can be divided into selective Cathéters angiographiques and non-selective Cathéters angiographiques.
1. cathéter angiographique sélectif
Most of the selective Cathéters angiographiques do not have side holes, and the maximum flow rate can reach 7-8ml/s. The selection of catheters used for treatment of different external vascular sites is basically the same as the aforementioned selective angiographic catheter. In addition, there is a thrombolytic catheter used for treatment, which is designed with multiple sides and the length of the perfusion section can reach 7.cm, which can directly go deep into the thrombus for local perfusion treatment.
The selective Cathéters angiographiques have different shapes according to the requirements of different parts. For example, the catheters commonly used for several arteries in the aortic arch include three types of catheters: Headhunter Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ, and three types of Simmon Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ. Catheters; RDC catheters and SimmonⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ catheters for renal artery and vein; Cobra Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ catheters and SHK catheters for iliac artery and vein.
2. cathéter angiographique non sélectif
Les guides d'angiographie non sélectifs couramment utilisés sont les suivants: tube d'angiographie en queue de cochon à ports multiples et cathéter angiographique droit à ports multiples. Son débit maximal peut atteindre 20-25 ml/s.
